Meet the Team

  • Richard Brown

    Owner/Managing Member

    With over 40 years in the construction industry of designing and building Custom Homes, Multifamily Renovations, Medical and Healthcare Build-outs, Commercial Tenant Build-outs, and Renovations with projects ranging between $1,000 to $46 million dollars.

    As the sole owner, Richard is involved in all aspects of Design, Bidding, Supervision & Construction to maintain the Quality Standards our clients have come to rely on.

  • Brian Eddy

    Director of Field Operations

    Beginning in 2002, Brian has managed and facilitated every aspect of a project from RFP to Closeout.

    His experience involves over 100 multi-family, commercial, private, and public projects with values ranging from $10,000 to $20 million.

    He has OSHA 10 Hour Training and carries certifications for man lifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.

  • Anne Yarnell

    Director of Accounting & Operations

    Beginning in 2000, Anne has been responsible for overseeing the operations, accounting, and administration for multi-family, commercial, residential, private, and public projects across the United States.

    She holds Associate of Science Degrees from Valencia College in Accounting, Business Management, and Finance as well as numerous Technical Certifications.

    She carries training certifications in Lien Law, OSHA Recordkeeping, Construction Documents, Blueprint Reading, PDM Bidding, and is a State of Florida Notary.

  • Pat Rutten

    Senior Operations Manager

    Pat has over 21 years in the Construction Industry as a project supervisor, project manager, and most recently as our senior operations manager. His experience includes general construction, single and multi-family renovations, and residential and commercial garage door installations.

    He holds certifications in Lead Paint Removal, Lock Out/Tag Out, and has OSHA Training.

  • Joe Larkins

    Senior Project Manager

    For more than 12 years, Joe has worked as a Field Supervisor and Project Manager on over 50 rehab, public, and multi-family projects.

    Joe attended Missouri State University and earned his Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies as well studies at Lincoln University.

    Joe carries his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License and he holds certification as an EPA Lead Renovator as well as operator certifications for forklift and aerial lifts.
